• Check brake operation & replace pads as needed- set fluid level
• Check steering system & align wheels as needed
• Grease all necessary components
• Adjust & lube chains as needed
• Check & tighten all nuts and bolts
• Check & test battery & charging system- clean battesy terminals
• Check all lights & electrical components
• Check & lube clutches- set offset & center to center distances
• Check or adjust belt tension- replace belt if needed
• Check & adjust tire pressure

** Additional work such as installing accessories, suspension work, clutch rebuilding, ect. Will require an additional labor charge.**

Snowmobiles

Complete snowmobile pre-season service, tune up check over.

• Cab cleaning, fuel system overhaul
• Synchronize cabs, adjust as needed
• Check or adjust throttle sensor switches
• Clean & adjust exhaust valves
• Check oil pump, bleed system if any air in lines
• Check & lube clutches, set offset and center to center distances, check or adjust belt tension - replace belt if needed
• Check steering system and set ski alignment. Replace skags if needed
• Check & grease suspension.
• Align & adjust track tension
• Change chaincase oil & adjust chain tension.
• Check brakes & operation, replace pads if needed, set fluid level
• Check complete cooling system
  • Hoses, belts, clamps, antifreeze, specific gravity & level.
  • Check fan & fan belt on fan cooled models
• Check all lights and electrical equipment: thumbwarmer, handwarmers, etc
• Check & tighten dl nuts and bolts
• Clean & polish hood
• If conditions permissible, test drive

**Additional work such as Hflax replacement, suspension work, clutch rebuilding, etc. or not listed on check sheet will require an additonal labor charge and will be billed "on the clock"**

Variable exhaust valve engines add $35.00 for twins, $52.50 for Triples

Carb Cleaning/ Fuel Svstem Overhaul

Single Carb - 1.0 hrs $70.00 + parts
Twin Carb - 1.5 hrs $105.00+ parts
Triple Carb - 2.0 hrs $140.00 + parts

Includes: Cleaning & overhauling carbs, replacing jets as needed. Draining old fluid and replenishing with 2.5 gallons of fresh fuel ( if required or so desired by customer ) checking fuel lines and replacing fuel filter.
